Reservation and Payment

  • Full payment is required at the time of booking using accepted payment methods.

  • Promotions may be modified or cancelled without prior notice.

Check-In and Check-Out

  • Check-in starts at 14:00; check-out is by 12:00.

  • Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request, subject to availability and additional fees.

Occupancy and Additional Guests

  • Room rates are based on the standard occupancy per room.

  • Additional charges apply for extra guests.

  • Maximum occupancy limits apply per room.

Smoking and Damage

  • Smoking is prohibited inside guest rooms; designated smoking areas are available.

    • Cancellations made less than 3 days before arrival: 100% of prepayment will be charged. *Please recheck the cancellation policy at the rate plan; the period may vary.

  • Low Season (May - October)

    • Cancellations made less than 7 days before arrival: 100% of prepayment will be charged. *Please recheck the cancellation policy at the rate plan; the period may vary.

  • No-Shows
    • In the event of a no-show, the full amount of the booking will be charged.

    • No refunds will be provided.

  • Modifications
    • Changes to reservations are subject to availability.

    • Additional charges may apply depending on the changes.

    • Guests should contact the hotel directly for assistance with modifications.

Сancellation policy

We understand that travel plans can sometimes change unexpectedly, and we aim to make our policies as clear and fair as possible. During the High Season (November – April), cancellations made less than 3 days before arrival will incur a charge equal to 100% of the prepayment. During the Low Season (May – October), cancellations made less than 7 days before arrival will also be charged in full. Please kindly recheck the cancellation terms on your selected rate plan, as conditions may vary. In the event of a no-show, the full booking amount will be charged, and we are unable to offer refunds. Should you need to make changes to your reservation, we will do our best to accommodate your request based on availability. Additional charges may apply depending on the changes.
